Marc David is the President and Founder of Vistacor Management Resources Inc. and a graduate in Environmental Sciences from McGill University (B.Sc.) and the Université de Sherbrooke (MEnv) with over 35 years of experience in international business development, strategic planning and project management. As a global practitioner and business advisor, he has developed an extensive network of international partners in several sectors such as environment, oil and gas, energy and healthcare. He has unique strengths in discovering environmental solutions and securing appropriate project financing for clients at home and abroad.
Yomi Adeyemi is the pioneer Chairman of Rubicola Consulting, a green advisory firm with offices in Nigeria and Australia. He is also a Council member of the Nigerian Exchange Group, the leading integrated market infrastructure group in Africa. The Stock exchange services the largest economy in Africa. He is a graduate of Mathematics / Statistics with over twenty years of diverse finance and consulting experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Stockbrokerage Services, Maritime Consulting and Strategic Business Turnaround. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a CFA Charterholder and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Executive Programme. Yomi has attended various training programmes in finance, leadership and governance internationally including the Harvard Business School.
He started his banking career with Merchant Bank of Commerce (MBCOM) in 1998. He left in 2000 to join the Corporate Banking Division of Lead Merchant Bank. Whilst at Lead Bank, he also worked in the Investment Banking Group that participated in various landmark capital market transactions. He was later seconded to the brokerage arm of the Bank (Lead Investments & Securities Limited) to revamp its dwindling fortune.
Yomi left the Lead Bank Group in 2004 to work with Core Trust & Investment Limited as Head, Financial Advisory Group, a position he held till 2008, when he left to set up Plat Shipping Limited as the CEO.
Yomi has other business interests spanning Real Estate, Finance, Media & Advertising. He currently sits on the board of BDT Properties and Development Company Limited, Connect Marketing Services Limited and Red Media Group in non-executive capacities.
Patrice Llavador holds a degree in architecture and a Master’s degree in planning/architecture from the Université de Montréal with 40 years of experience in architecture in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and Central America and the Caribbean. He served in France as an architect for 15 years. Became an expert in development while working on residential, commercial, industrial, hospital, hotel, marina and other projects. For more than twenty years, versed in tourism and hotel developments, while trying to get closer to eco-construction when the context allowed it and the financing of these operations. The lessons he has learned from his years of observation and work in an international context allow him to formulate solutions marked by this concern for continuity from the environment to the user while respecting both.

For more than 30 years, Maxime Ménivier and his team have been assisting Canadian manufacturing or service companies in the realization and deployment of their international development strategy. His expertise and solid network have enabled him to help develop new markets as well as to develop strategies for manufacturing locations in search of competitiveness in all corners of the globe. Having carried out projects, or operations on more than 45 countries, mainly on the markets of emerging countries on the African continent and in Latin America, both for the private sector and governmental / institutional, his team is accustomed to negotiations, technology transfers, calls for tenders, PPPs, financing searches from the various federal and provincial levels as well as international donors etc. Maxime has been passionate and also involved in the manufacturing sector of component solutions for social housing.
Joseph Owolabi acts as a trusted advisor to organisations in Australia, Africa and other emerging markets around the world. Joseph founded Rubicola Consulting in 2020. Rubicola is the first (and only) firm in Africa certified by the Climate Bond Initiative to provide Verification services for Green Bond issuances. He had previously worked for Deloitte and PwC in Australia as an experienced director and senior manager respectively. Overseas, he has worked and done business in Africa, North America and Europe.
He was the pioneer service leader for Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY in West Africa between 2014 – 2017. Where he played key roles in the development of sustainability reporting and assurance in Nigeria. Joseph was the co-convener (along with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE)) of the Capital Markets Sustainability Conference which provided training for listed entities, blue-chip corporations and other companies and a CEO-round table session. He assisted the Federal Government of Nigeria in reporting of its Green House Gas (GHG) emissions under the Paris agreement as well as listing of the country’s first sovereign green bond – a first for emerging markets (and only second in the world).
Joseph is a proven capital markets and accounting advisory leader, he directed large scale consulting projects on implementation of new accounting standards for large entities in telecoms, banking and manufacturing sectors in Australia, Africa and around the world. He assisted in completion of the Viva Energy $2.69 billion IPO, Australia’s largest in four years.
Joseph has trained Board of Directors and senior management groups from over 500 companies, on enterprise risk management, accounting standards, sustainability and strategy.
He served as pioneer Chairman for Australian Sickle Cell Advocacy Inc. and is a global Council member for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in U.K.
A 2020 survey of institutional investors and public debt management offices by the World Bank Treasury showed that they are increasingly taking environmental and social risks into account when making investment decisions.
